In-Person Keynote
45 to 60 minutes. Single talk delivered on-site. The flagship format for conferences, summits, industry events, and company all-hands. Same depth as the virtual version, plus the room energy, the green-room conversations, and the audience access that only happens in person.

Half-Day Workshop
3 to 4 hours. Working session built around a specific outcome the room takes home. Framework walk-throughs, assessment-informed group work, or facilitated team alignment. Fit for leadership offsites, internal company events, conference breakout tracks, and executive retreats.

Full-Day Workshop
6 to 8 hours. Deep working session combining keynote-style framing with structured working blocks. The highest-impact single-day engagement we offer. Built for companies bringing One Shot Growth in to address both the all-hands message and the leadership team work in a single visit.

Organizational Debrief (Add-On)
Post-engagement working session with the leadership team. 60 to 90 minutes, virtual or in-person. We walk through what we observed during the engagement, what the assessments surfaced if assessments were part of the work, and where we see the gaps and opportunities specific to your team. Available as an add-on to any of the formats above.

Every engagement is scoped to the room. The numbers above are the floor, not the final quote. What we deliver, how we customize the talk or session, and what we build around the engagement all factor into the proposal we send back after the scoping conversation.
If the fit is right, we will tell you. If it is not, we will tell you that too, and point you toward someone or something that is. We are selective on the rooms we step into. That is not a limitation. That is the model.

• Customization of the talk or session to your specific audience. No off-the-shelf decks.
• Pre-event coordination with your team. AV, run-of-show, host or moderator briefing, logistics.
• On-site or virtual delivery by Daniel, Derek, or both depending on the engagement.
• A post-event follow-up resource sent to attendees. Worksheet, framework summary, or follow-up content tied to the talk.
• Right to record the session for internal use, subject to agreement terms.

SCOPING CONVERSATION.
15 to 30 minutes on a call. We learn the room. You learn how we work. We figure out together whether the fit is right.

PROPOSAL & AGREEMENT.
If the fit is right, we send a proposal with the scope, the deliverables, and the final investment number. Once signed, we lock the date.

PRE-EVENT WORK & DELIVERY.
We do the prep work in the weeks leading up to the event. We show up, deliver the engagement, and follow through after.
